We currently do not collect any data through KnittingMate. This includes personal information, analytics, and anonymous app usage data.

Your projects stay on your device

Your project names, parts, row plans, counts, and progress logs are stored locally on your device. We do not collect this project content.

When you contact support

Contacting support is optional. If you choose to submit a question or issue, we receive the information you voluntarily include so we can respond and investigate. Please avoid including sensitive personal information.

Our support form is hosted by Tally, a third-party service. Information submitted through that form is also subject to Tally’s privacy policy.
