Let’s get you
back to making.
A few useful answers, and a direct way to reach support when you need it.
Common questions
How do I switch between rows and stitches?
Use the Row and Stitch tabs on the main counter. The large buttons change the selected count. Switching tabs doesn’t change your recorded work.
How do I correct a count?
Use Previous row in Row mode, or the minus control in Stitch mode. If stepping back would remove recorded work, read the confirmation before continuing.
How do I create projects and parts?
Tap the project and part name at the top of the counter to open Projects & parts. Choose Create another project, or Add part under the project you want. Each part keeps its own progress and plan.
Do I need to set up a row plan?
No. You can count freely without a plan. To add targets, tap Plan on the counter. Combine fixed, increasing, or decreasing batches, preview the targets, then save. Editing or browsing the plan doesn’t move your counter.
Why does the row advance when I reach my stitch target?
When you reach a planned stitch target, the app briefly shows the final stitch count before moving to the next row. On the last planned row, use Finish to complete the part.
Where can I see my progress and working time?
Tap the row-progress ring and its adjacent text to open the progress log. It groups recorded work by day. Timing runs while the counter is open and pauses when you leave it; it isn’t a record of time spent away from the counter.
Can I change the language or vibration?
Open the gear button at the top right of the counter. In App settings, choose your language or change Vibrate on count. Project and part names stay as you entered them.
Where is my project data saved?
Projects and progress are saved locally on your device. Keep the app installed to retain its local data. If saved projects can’t be opened, use Try again or contact support before deleting or reinstalling the app.
